My Mum has been a resident of Redcote Residential Home for 3 years and during this time it has become her home in every sense of the word. The staff are all exceptional, treating Mum and all the residents as individuals adapting their personal care to meet their individual needs and preferences. Family
and friends are welcome to visit at any time and made to feel welcome. As a regular visitor I feel part of the 'Redcote family' and always feel able to discuss Mum's health and well being with the staff. There are a range of activities planned for the residents on a weekly basis and special events, such as, parties and a regular Summer Garden Party. If I am away on holiday I have complete confidence that Mum is safe and receiving the best possible care. I know Mum is very happy at Redcote and she always says how lucky she is to live there because the staff take such good care of her.

I totally agree with the previous positive reviews. My sister has blossomed under the care and respect at Redcote. Such a friendly, professional home from home. We really do feel that we are visiting her in a family environment. - clean and welcoming. It is clear that the staff, ably led by Jane, understand
her complex needs and treat her with respect, aware of her interests and developing these. . Living some distance away we are so reassured that she is in a loving, happy, safe and caring environment. Lots of appropriate activities for the residents. We are so lucky to have found such a great team to look after her. Thank you.

My father in law received fantastic care . Sadly it was palliative and end of life care . He was cared for so well enabling the family and T to feel safe and loved ! Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff and we were offered drinks and food during the long hours we were present !
The
Manager Jane has very high standards for care and this obviously cascades through the team . We will always remember the care and support provided . We would highly recommend Redcotes for anyone in need of care and support .

Mum moved to Redcote from another care home.. The move was the best thing we did. The staff are brilliant. They all know mum and are so friendly and helpful. They do actually care about the residents and Redcote has a lovely family atmosphere. It's like visiting a family home, everyone is so welcoming.
Whenever I phone the staff can tell me all about mum, what she's been up to and any problems. They quickly pick up on any new health issues and get the appropriate medical help when needed. Communication is fantastic, both in terms of me being able the phone or email if I have any queries or concerns, or staff contacting me when necessary. The food is all home-cooked and there is always plenty available. Visitors are always offered refreshments and on mums birthday we were able to have tea in her room with her, and staff had made her a birthday cake.I feel mum is in the best place at Redcote and I don't need to worry as she is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Redcote to anyone.

We moved my mum here from a different care home and we are so pleased we did.
The care that my mum receives here is a really high standard. They understand and appreciate how to speak to and care for people with dementia and other issues and provide a great quality of life for them. There are regular
activities to entertain and stimulate the residents.
The room is always spotless and clean bedding. The clothes are regularly washed and returned.
It has given us peace of mind having mum here knowing how cared for she is.
The staff are all so lovely and seem to really love working there which makes for a great environment when visiting.

The staff are happy and have been with Redcotes for a considerable time, which shows they are caring and compassionate. For me, this is a good way of knowing what the home is really like, if the staff team are happy, then the patient will also be.
My aunt is happy at home, which is important to us
as a family. The manager ensures she speaks and is visible to the patients, which is also an important aspect of care within the home.
My aunt is always well-presented, her room is nice, and she always has plenty of books, which is important to her.
Thank you, Redcotes, for making her last few years happy and allowing us as the family to know she is safe and well cared for.
